GOKINO TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to delivering your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the order processing time, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and other important information regarding shipments.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Orders may be subject to verification via OTP, phone call, or email confirmation before dispatch.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • COD handling charges may apply on Cash on Delivery orders.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

⏳ Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Delivery location

    • Courier partner availability

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays or unforeseen logistical delays

While we strive for timely delivery, GOKINO TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

📍 Delivery Area

Currently, we offer shipping within India only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing tracking details.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

📭 Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be entertained.

🚫 Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

In cases where:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Customer refuses delivery

The shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Repeated failed deliveries may result in COD restrictions or order cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to block customers involved in repeated non-serious orders.
