Your Right to Cancel  

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.  

The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the Goods.  

To exercise this right, notify us clearly of your decision to cancel by emailing gokincart@gmail.com.  

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the original payment method, with no fees deducted.  

Return Conditions  

To qualify for a return, ensure that:

•   The Goods are in their original packaging.  

Goods that cannot be returned include:  

•   Customized or personalized Goods.  

•   Goods that deteriorate quickly or expired Goods.  

•   Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.  

•   Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.  

Only regularly priced Goods can be refunded; sale items are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We are not liable for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Refunds require receipt of returned Goods or proof of delivery.  

Gifts  

If the Goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.  

If not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
