Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business and logistics operations, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or refused orders, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will resolve the issue promptly.


✅ We Offer Replacements in the Following Situations

1️⃣ Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.


2️⃣ Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange shipment of the correct product and may request return of the incorrect item.


📌 Eligibility Requirements for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo or unboxing video proof must be provided

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Products delivered in correct and good condition

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect or mistaken orders placed by the customer

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products without proper proof (photo/video evidence)

  • COD orders where customer fails verification


🚫 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

To prevent fake or non-serious orders:

  • Orders may be verified via OTP, call, or email confirmation before dispatch.

  • If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be blocked.

  • GOKINO TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel suspicious or high-risk orders.


🔄 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Refund Processing Time:

🚫 Non-Refundable Charges
